মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের শিক্ষিত বেকার যুবসমাজের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর একটি ঐতিহাসিক উদ্যোগ।
(A historic initiative by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to stand beside the educated unemployed youth.)

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের বিশেষ উদ্যোগে বেঙ্গল যুব সাথী প্রকল্প চালু হতে চলেছে।
(The Bengal Yuva Sathi scheme is going to be launched under the dedicated initiative of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.)

এই প্রকল্পের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো চাকরি খোঁজার সময় যুবকদের আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
(The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to youth while they search for employment.)

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ঘোষণা করেছেন যে এই প্রকল্পের ভাতা প্রদান ১ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ থেকে শুরু হবে।
(The Chief Minister has announced that the payment of allowance under this scheme will start from April 1, 2026.)

যোগ্যতা ও আবেদন করার শর্তাবলি

(Eligibility and Conditions for Application)

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার যুব সাথী প্রকল্পের জন্য কিছু নির্দিষ্ট যোগ্যতা ও শর্ত নির্ধারণ করেছে।
(The Government of West Bengal has set certain eligibility criteria and conditions for the Yuva Sathi scheme.)

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

(Educational Qualification:)

আবেদনকারীকে ন্যূনতম মাধ্যমিক বা সমমানের পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে। উচ্চতর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকলেও আবেদন করা যাবে।
(The applicant must have passed at least the secondary examination or its equivalent. Candidates with higher educational qualifications can also apply.)

বয়সসীমা:

(Age Limit:)

আবেদনকারীর বয়স ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
(All applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age.)

কারা এই প্রকল্পের টাকা পাবেন না:

(Who Will Not Receive Benefits:)

যদি আপনি ইতিমধ্যে রাজ্য সরকারের কোনো সামাজিক সুরক্ষা প্রকল্প থেকে আর্থিক সহায়তা পান, তাহলে যুব সাথী প্রকল্পের জন্য যোগ্য নন।
(If you are already receiving money from any social security scheme of the state government, you are not eligible for the Yuva Sathi scheme.)

যেমন – লক্ষ্মীর ভান্ডার, কৃষক বন্ধু, প্রতিবন্ধী ভাতা, যুবশ্রী প্রকল্প ইত্যাদি থেকে টাকা পেলে যুব সাথী প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পাবেন না।
(For example, if you are receiving money from Lakshmi Bhandar, Krishak Bandhu, Disability Allowance, Yuva Shree scheme, etc., you will not receive benefits under Yuva Sathi.)

তবে শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত কোনো বৃত্তি বা স্কলারশিপ পেলে আবেদন করা যাবে।
(However, if you are receiving any education-related scholarship, you can still apply for the Yuva Sathi scheme.)

আবেদনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র

(Documents Required for Yuva Sathi Application)

১) ভোটার কার্ড
(1) Voter Card)

২) আধার কার্ড
(2) Aadhaar Card)

৩) ব্যাংক পাসবুকের প্রথম পাতা বা বাতিল চেক
(3) First page of bank passbook or cancelled cheque)

৪) মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার অ্যাডমিট কার্ড
(4) Secondary examination admit card)

৫) মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার মার্কশিট বা পাস সার্টিফিকেট
(5) Secondary examination marksheet or pass certificate)

৬) এসসি, এসটি, ওবিসি জাতিগত সনদ (যদি থাকে)
(6) SC, ST, OBC caste certificate, if applicable)

কিভাবে আবেদন করবেন

( Apply Procedure )

আবেদন করতে হলে নিজের বিধানসভা এলাকার শিবিরে যেতে হবে।
(To apply, you need to visit the camp in your assembly constituency.)

পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ২৯৪টি বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রে ১৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে ২৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত, সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকেল ৫টা পর্যন্ত শিবির অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
(Camps will be held in all 294 assembly constituencies of West Bengal from February 15 to February 26, between 10 AM and 5 PM.)

শিবির থেকেই আবেদন ফর্ম সংগ্রহ করতে হবে এবং পূরণ করে সেই শিবিরেই জমা দিতে হবে।
(Application forms must be collected from the camps and submitted there after filling them.)
